RE: Censorship of Avery regarding 9/11/01 evidence contradictory to government conspiracy theories.
Dear Session Members,
It is common knowledge that you will be holding a six hour Session Retreat on Saturday January 17th 2009. This letter is to ask that during this retreat you finally address all the issues of my Prayer for Lift of Censorship under prayer item number 6.4.2; 6.5.1-4; 6.6; and to reconsider its decision on item 6.7 and 6.8 as I requested in my November 13, 2008 letter to the Session.
As you know, on October 28th, 2008, I filed with Mission Presbytery an accusation against Rev. Carl McCauley for censoring me outside the procedure to be used as specified by the Constitution of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). I have received a letter from Rev. Ken Peters of New Braunfels Presbyterian Church who has been selected to head the investigation committee. In this letter Rev. Peters erroneously states that I have made an accusation and Statement of Offense against the Session of our church in my accusation against Rev. Carl McCauley. I have sent Rev. Peters a letter drawing his attention to same.
The relief sought from Mission Presbytery is stated on page 6 of my accusation: “I am asking the Presbytery to find that my good friend, Rev. Carl McCauley, violated the Constitution of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) when he censored me and that the censorship against me be lifted concerning all information relating to the events of 9/11/01.”
The reality of all this is that I am not lawfully under censorship because Carl did not follow the Constitutional procedure to censor me and no formal written finding has been issued by the Session to censor me. A committee should have been formed to investigate the allegation that what I was saying violated the Holy Scriptures or some other Constitutional provision of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Then I should have been given an opportunity to be heard by the committee. If the committee found merit to the need to censor me I could then agree to be censored or a Prosecution Committee would have to be formed and a trial conducted to find me in need of censorship. Upon a finding by a jury or permanent judicial commission that I was in need of censorship they would issue a formal written statement of same. Since none of this has been done I am free to say and do as I was before Carl’s attempt to censor me in his phone call of September 16th, 2008.
If the session does not answer the prayer items listed in the first paragraph of this letter in my favor (excepting item 6.7), I will then conclude that the Session is censoring me without the same procedure that Carl should have used and I will be forced to then file a similar Accusation and Statement of Offense against the Session to the Mission Presbytery.
Session, our nation is being destroyed from the top down. And now
I therefore, ask once again that the Session simply answer my prayers in my favor and not try to censor me outside the Constitutional procedures of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). I also pray that you change your mind on prayer item 6.7 so we can step out from underneath the bushel with the light of truth about 9/11/01 and reform our church, community, city, state and nation.
Sincerely,
Ronald F. Avery
