1. Disrupted Sunday school Class in Distributing Material:

In my defense to these accusations for which I am being censored I submit the following attached material and will refer to those herein as:

1.1.1. Exhibit A: Memo of phone call from Carl censoring Ron.

1.1.2. Exhibit B: July 6^th letter to Carl about 9/11 project in response to his 4^th of July sermon and Rev. Bob Sebesta’s earlier sermon.

1.1.3. Exhibit C: Copy of 8/18/08 email to Carl about his sermon calling us to “set at liberty those that are bruised.”

1.2. No perfect defense to Disruption:

To this first charge of disrupting Sunday school class I have no perfect defense as I was late as usual. All in my class know that I cannot seem to get my family to Sunday school on Time. It is my fault even though I blame it on my wife, daughter and granddaughter. I passed the information out when I arrived 15 minutes late. It was disruptive and Charlie Willmann brought that to my attention immediately after class and I admitted that it was disruptive and wrong and I apologized and asked for his forgiveness forthwith.

1.3. Have distributed other material without complaint:

When Carl called he also complained that I disturbed the Sunday School Lesson by distributing the material 15 minutes into the lesson after coming in late. I again apologized and asked for forgiveness (Exhibit A). My only bit of defense for this particular charge is that I have done the same thing on several occasions, arriving late, for which all in class make fun of me. I also have given out things I have written on various topics related to our previous lessons during the Sunday school lesson indicating somewhat that it is the content of this particular occasion that has lowered the charge of “disruption” and punishment of censorship of all like material from me. I remember passing out a 4 page paper I wrote on the movie “Zeitgeist” and a 8 page paper I wrote on the “Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.” I handed these out quietly to everyone while Carl was leading discussion. Carl runs a good Sunday school class where all can speak and give their view and it is conducive to opinion and views which I respond to quit well. I like the class as I think all do.

1.4. Disruption and distraction can be conformity of which I am not guilty:

I also believe that “disruption” or “distraction” of the proper Christian life in harmony with scripture can come in the form of years of conformity, want of courage and conviction and actually choosing to be ignorant of facts that would protect the life, liberty and property of citizens. I was hoping and praying that the content of the material, appropriate on this one Sunday right after 9/11, would redeem the awkwardness and disruptiveness of my distribution. I now continue to apologize for the disruption and ask for forgiveness from the Session on this part of my defense for I plead guilty on this count. However, if I dove into your fox hole with an additional loaded machine gun, I hope you would not think little of me for not announcing my arrival properly or first seeking your permission. The knowledge of this material is absolutely critical to your future survival and the survival and freedom of your children and grandchildren in America and beyond.

1.5. I have asked to present without disruption without clear response.

Finally, I have one other defense to the charge of disruptive. I have written Carl twice (Exhibit B and C) about the material I distributed with no real concrete directive other than a guess as to what he thought might happen. I think if Carl could have permitted me to make a presentation to at least the Sunday school class all the disruption of passing out paper and DVD’s during the class could have been avoided. Surely, I hope that the Session is not going to suggest that facts of this magnitude should be denied to our own church family? I do agree I could improve the manner of distribution of facts in Sunday school and to the Church which I asked for without a clear answer. But as you can also see from the attachments I attempted to make a very nice and formal presentation to our church that would not be disruptive but no real response was made to my requests. Carl’s only response was in the hall after the first letter of July 6^th where he simply said the congregation would probably think the information would be ‘Bush bashing’ or ‘anti Republican’ or words to that effect. I personally think that answer is not adequate to censor vitally important information critical to the church for the well-being of every Christian in the defense of their lives, liberties and possessions.

2. To the Charge that the Distributed Material consisted of mere “Conspiracy Theories” I answer:

2.1. What is a Conspiracy Theory?

Before I can defend myself from this accusation I must define what a “Conspiracy Theory” is:

2.1.1. “Conspiracy” is defined in the American Heritage Dictionary as; “a plot; an illegal one. They define “conspire;” to plan together secretly to commit an illegal act; to join or act together.”

2.1.2. The same source defines a “theory” as; “a set of statements or principles devised to explain a group of facts or phenomena, esp; one that has been repeatedly tested or is widely accepted. 2; the branch of a science or art consisting of its explanatory statements, accepted principles, and methods of analysis, as opposed to practice. 3; Abstract reasoning; speculation. 4; An assumption, conjecture.”

2.1.3. Funk and Wagnall’s at page 1353 defines “theory” as “*** “4 A proposed explanation or hypothesis designed to account for any phenomenon. 5 Hence, loosely, mere speculation or hypothesis; an individual idea or guess.”

2.1.4. Funk and Wagnall’s at page 655 defines “hypothesis” as “A set of assumptions provisionally accepted as a basis of reasoning, experiment, or investigation; an unsupported or ill-supported theory. A hypothesis is a statement of what is deemed possibly true, assumed and reasoned upon as if certainly true, with a view of reaching truth not yet surely known; especially, in the sciences, a hypothesis is a comprehensive tentative explanation of certain phenomena, which is meant to include all other facts of the same class and which is assumed as true till there has been opportunity to bring all related facts into comparison; if the hypothesis explains all the facts, it is regarded as verified; till then it is regarded as a working hypothesis, that is, one that may answer for present practical purposes. A hypothesis may be termed a comprehensive guess.”

2.1.5. Therefore, at some point a theory can become a “theorem” which is defined in Funk and Wagnall’s at page 1353 as “A proposition demonstrably true or acknowledged as such. A theory can be verified into a theorem or discarded as an incorrect or incomplete hypothesis. The Blueprint for Truth DVD shows that the government working hypothesis that “radical extremist Islamo-fascist terrorists” destroyed the World Trade Center has failed and is incorrect.

2.1.6. Blacks law dictionary 6^th edition page 309-310 defines “conspiracy” as “A combination or confederacy between two or more persons formed for the purpose of committing, by their joint efforts, some unlawful or criminal act, or some act which is lawful in itself, but becomes unlawful when done by the concerted action of the conspirators, or for the purpose of using criminal or unlawful means to the commission of an act not in itself unlawful. A person is guilty of conspiracy with another person or persons to commit a crime if with the purpose of promoting or facilitating its commission he: (a) agrees with such other person or persons that they or one or more of them will engage in conduct which constitutes such crime or an attempt or solicitation to commit such crime; or (b) agrees to aid such other person or persons in the planning or commission of such crime or of an attempt or solicitation to commit such crime. Crime of conspiracy is distinct from the crime contemplated by the conspiracy. Some jurisdictions do not require an overt act as an element of the crime. A conspiracy may be a continuing one; actors may drop out, and others drop in; the details of operation may change from time to time; the members need not know each other or the part played by others; a member need not know all the details of the plan or the operations; he must, however, know the purpose of the conspiracy and agree to become a party to a plan to effectuate that purpose.”

2.2. Conspiracy proved in court by circumstantial evidence:

Texas Causes of Actions explains how a conspiracy is proved since it is done in secret: “A conspiracy may be, and usually is, established by circumstantial evidence. The general rule is that conspiracy liability can be established by proof showing concert of action or other circumstances from which a natural inference arises that the unlawful, overt acts were committed in furtherance of a common design, intention, or purpose of the conspirators. It is not necessary that each and every act of a conspirator be shown to have been in concert with the others, or that direct evidence establish that all agreed before each transaction. Inferences of concerted action may be drawn from joint participation in the transactions and from enjoyment of the fruits of the transactions. Each defendant in a conspiracy is responsible for the acts of other conspirators done in furtherance of the conspiracy and during its existence. When a conspiracy is proved, the acts and declarations of each conspirator during the conspiracy and in furtherance of the common design are admissible against the other conspirators. When a conspirator makes a declaration or performs an act that is not in furtherance of the common object, it is not evidence against the other conspirators.”[1]

2.3. What is circumstantial evidence:

Black’s law dictionary 6^th edition page 243 defines “Circumstantial Evidence” as “Testimony not based on actual personal knowledge or observation of the facts in controversy, but of other facts from which deductions are drawn, showing indirectly the facts sought to be proved. The proof of certain facts and circumstances in a given case, from which jury may infer other connected facts which usually and reasonably follow according to the common experience of mankind. Evidence of facts or circumstances from which the existence or nonexistence of fact is issue may be inferred. Inferences drawn from facts proved. Process of decision by which court or jury may reason from circumstances known or proved, to establish by inference the principle fact. It means that existence of principal facts is only inferred from circumstances. The proof of various facts or circumstances which usually attend the main fact in dispute, and therefore tend to prove its existence, or to sustain, by their consistency, the hypothesis claimed. Or as otherwise defined, it consists in reasoning from facts which are known or proved to establish such as are conjectured to exist.”

2.4. Existence of conspiracies are proven by action:

All of the above means that conspiracies can be proven to exist and that they are proven not from direct admissions or confessions of fact or first hand knowledge but from indirect evidence of actions that support a common design. Therefore, a “conspiracy theory” can become an actual proven conspiracy in a court of law by inferences showing participation in a common design.

2.5. It is not a moral, criminal or civil crime to speak of Conspiracy Theories:

Secondly, let me say in my defense that talking about a theory that would explain all the facts known about something regardless of its implication is not a crime in America even if the implication points to the government or those in its seats of authority. This is why we have the First Amendment to the Constitution. By the way I am typing this on Constitution day 9/17/08. What a good way to celebrate the wisdom of our Presbyterian Patriot Forefathers that Carl exhilarates us with from the pulpit (Exhibit B).

2.6. Government explanation of the collapse of 3 WTC towers is also a “Conspiracy Theory:”

I also submit in my defense that the government explanation of how the three skyscrapers collapsed at the World Trade Center is also a theory. Their explanations commenced with the admission that their analysis did not include the hypothesis that controlled demolition can explain all the evidence. In other words, they did not look for evidence of controlled demolition nor did they include any evidence that would support that willfully in their report. The official agencies started with an assumption that the government explanation was true and rejected all evidence that suggested otherwise. Their approach did not use the scientific method which looks for other hypotheses when evidence does not support the first hypothesis.

2.7. Material Distributed disproved Government “Conspiracy Theory:”

The material I distributed in Sunday school class was not mere groundless theory with no evidence to support the hypothesis submitted which was that only controlled demolition can account for all the evidence we now know concerning the collapse of he three skyscrapers at the World Trade Center. Upon the presentation of evidence that supports a theory it is no longer merely a theory but becomes a plausible theorem rather than an unsupported theory. Theories become theorems when they are sufficiently proven by including all evidence related to the topic. The material I distributed proved its hypothesis and disproved the government’s working hypothesis or “conspiracy theory” that hijackers destroyed the towers.

2.8. Government “Conspiracy Theory” fails to explain all the evidence:

Also I want to add in defense that the government theory was also a “conspiracy theory” that “radical Islamic terrorists” hijacked four airliners and crashed two of them into two towers which destroyed all 7 buildings including a third 47 story skyscraper not struck by a jet. To support this conspiracy theory they could not include or respond to evidence that did not support their conspiracy theory or that would suggest something very different and more disturbing. Therefore, they had to omit the following evidence which the hypothesis of controlled demolition of the three WTC skyscrapers explains fully:

2.8.1. Nearly free fall collapse through the path of greatest resistance which cannot occur from natural collapse from fire caused by jet fuel.

2.8.2. Straight down symmetrical collapse coming from mere asymmetrical short term office fires over just a few floors.

2.8.3. Total dismemberment of structural frame.

2.8.4. Sounds of explosions and “popping sounds” heard and light flashes seen by credible witnesses including first responders and New York Fire Department personnel and some caught on video.

2.8.5. Pyroclastic clouds of pulverized concrete typical of controlled demolition.

2.8.6. Absence of “pancaked floors” in the debris.

2.8.7. Pools of molten iron found by clean up company owners and employees six weeks after 9/11/01 in the underground areas of all three skyscrapers #1, 2 & 7 that cannot result from collapsing steel and office fires that do not reach temperatures great enough to melt steel.

2.8.8. Chemical evidence of thermite and thermate incendiaries some including unspent or un-ignited fragments both of which are high grade military steel melting weapons.

2.8.9. The fact that no other steel skyscrapers, before or after 9/11/01, has ever collapsed as a result of fire. But the government maintains that on one day not one, not two, but three steel skyscrapers were completely collapsed due to office fires started by jet fuel. The New York fire fighters do not believe that! Raging infernos burning for 24 hours consuming everything in them from top to bottom have remained standing until 9/11/01 when fires lasting 57 minutes and 102 minutes, brought down two 110 story skyscrapers and one small fire lasting several hours brought down the 47 story Solomon Building.

2.8.10. How did the police know that the 47 story WTC 7 was coming down prior to its collapse if it were fire induced? How did Mayor Giuliani know in advance that the twin towers were going to collapse? He is caught on video saying this. If these are fire induced collapses no one would have known when that would happen, especially when the fire fighters that reached the fires in the South Tower said they could “knock it down with two lines” or water hoses and began doing just that when demolition commenced. The North Tower collapsed later. All of this evidence is clearly shown on the Blueprint for Truth DVD.

2.9. Review of all evidence proves a more disturbing actual “Conspiracy:”

Finally I submit in my defense that the material I distributed from Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth www.ae911truth.org did not begin with a “conspiracy theory” but merely examined the evidence that was available. It is the government that started with a conspiracy theory about who and what brought down the World Trade Center. After looking at all the evidence it is clear that controlled demolition is the only hypothesis that can explain all the evidence. It is clear from the evidence that it is the government’s official “conspiracy theory” that is in trouble! If an alternate conspiracy is proved from the results of this effort to explain all the evidence received then it is an unavoidable, automatic, natural result of human logic. When one perceives that the hypothesis that explains all the evidence is not jet fuel fires but controlled demolition it immediately suggests that 767s, if actually flown by hijackers of any kind, only did minimal damage while some group with secured access to the buildings did the most severe damage to life and property.

2.10. All evidence shows a government conspiracy but not its extent:

The hypothesis that best explains all the evidence just happens to be one that suggests a degree of internal conspiracy rather than a completely foreign conspiracy. The video did not suggest the full extent of the conspiracy or the exact level of the conspiracy. But as we have learned by the legal definitions of conspiracies and how they are proven in court that people can become part of a conspiracy merely by participating in the design rather than by knowing the participants. In fact, an argument could be made that one becomes a participant when they learn of the truth and begin to cover it up or ignore it or work towards the same ends.

2.11. We can become part of the actual conspiracy by suppressing information:

If the end or purpose of the design is to attack nations in the Middle East and obtain a license to enter any nation and hunt and kill “terrorists” or to make our own citizens into potential terrorists and clamp down on the liberties of our own citizens then all those who ignore the proof of an alternate conspiracy and work towards those same ends they become part of the overall conspiracy and become liable for all that damage both morally, physically and economically.

2.12. Local church can become and proved to be a conspirator:

Therefore, even the church could become a conspirator if it covers up evidence it knows would disprove a “conspiracy theory” given by the government and would continue to support an un-proven “conspiracy theory” because it likes and supports the fruit of the design which is to attack Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran and the “axis of evil.”

2.13. Entry into provable conspiracy by fear and default:

Further, many individuals get involved or caught up in conspiracies not by comprehensive intellectual examination but by poor and fearful judgment. The church in its fear of the government or fear of division or fear of unpopularity becomes a conspirator and supporter of the actions taken by those in the real proven conspiracy that the World Trade Center was a controlled demolition executed by those with protected access to the buildings over a long period of time.

2.14. The Church should not fear reproach by any thing:

But Christ has destroyed death and the fear of death so why should anyone at First Presbyterian Church not pursue the truth no matter how bad it may be?

“Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham. Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.[2]

3. The Material was Objectionable and Offensive to the Sunday school Class and the Session:

3.1. I have no direct knowledge of any objection about the material:

I am simply unaware of how the members of my class felt about the material I distributed, or if it was unanimous one way or the other, as I have not heard from any but Charlie Willmann who talked to me right after class. His complaint was restricted to the manner of distribution which I admit was a bit disruptive. How members feel about the material they received is unknown to me as none have called or contacted me concerning that. I can only presume that Carl talked to some of them who had watched the DVD and read my letter introducing the same. I can only respond at this time to the statement made by Carl on the phone that “he spoke for the Session” (Exhibit A # 17) that I should no longer be permitted to distribute or talk of these issues any further in class or in First Presbyterian Church.

3.2. I assume that any complaint was the same as Carl’s:

Until I know of any other complaints I will assume they are of the same nature that Carl spoke of in his charge of distributing what was insinuated to be groundless “conspiracy theories” that conflicted with government approved conspiracy theories that are now proven to be false by the now known facts.

3.3. Charge of distributing groundless “conspiracy theories” without merit:

I have addressed fully the charge that I have distributed groundless “conspiracy theories” showing this particular claim to be without merit. But in fact I have shown that the government conspiracy theory is false and have at the same time proven that a real conspiracy exists which demolished the World Trade Center with controlled demolition and blamed it upon fires from jet fuel resulting from “radical extremist Islamo-fascist terrorists” crashing into the buildings with hijacked 767 airliners. There is no doubt that jets crashed into the buildings but that is simply not what caused their collapse. In fact the government official theory says that the fires started by jet fuel caused their collapse not the force or damage caused by the collision itself. The fire theory was proven to be wrong at UL laboratories where they tested the fires on the same structural material over the same time and circumstances. The structure did not fail.

4. The Punishment of Censorship of all 9/11/01 facts and evidence is against the best Presbyterian Tradition and Mighty Pulpit Advocacy at First Presbyterian Church, Seguin, Texas:

4.1. Introduction:

4.1.1. It is my intention to provide a doctrine that is well accepted in the Presbyterian tradition that this censorship is not healthy or enforceable against a member of the Presbyterian Church USA and that such censorship against me would be against the most treasured traditions of the Presbyterian Church world wide.

4.1.2. My punishment of censorship is to no longer speak of or present any knowledge or evidence related to the events of 9/11/01 that might imply that the official government conspiracy theory is unproven or wrong. I can only presume that the censorship to be enforced against me is done for only two conceivable reasons, namely, fear of division of the church and second, fear of what the government might do.

4.1.3. Further, I believe that if such a censorship is enforced against me, that a like censorship should be enforced against all other members and pastors that speak of or present any mainstream propaganda about the official “conspiracy theory” that “radical extremist Islamo-fascist terrorist” hijackers destroyed the World Trade Center or any other matter related to the wars that this myth has precipitated in Afghanistan, Iraq and Iran etc, etc, and the patriot act and torture and American operated eternal prison camps. This way we can all enjoy a church that is totally disconnected from society and all its most important issues impacting it.

4.1.4. If I can be made to endure unsupported and unproven and incorrect official “conspiracy theories” and mythology that is destroying this nation then the church should have to endure my presentations of evidence that support the alternative conspiracy proving that 767 jets did not destroy the World Trade Center but instead well placed thermite and themate cutter charges through out the three skyscrapers #1, 2 and 7.

4.2. The first reason to enforce censorship against me would be out of fear of a division in the church:

4.2.1. Fear that information proving the government conspiracy theory wrong will divide the church in this Election Year :

4.2.1.1.This fear was expressed by Carl to me in the hall at church in reply to my first letter (Exhibit B) to him about presenting 9/11 information to the church. He said some would view this as “Bush bashing” and this might cause division or words to that effect.

4.2.1.2.People will vote in November for mainly two candidates who hold the same view about the myth and unsupported incorrect government conspiracy theories therefore, this concern is unfounded as this information would impact all the members the same way as there are no candidates for office that have refuted the official myth of 9/11 because the mass media removed them at the primary level with humiliating, derogatory personality assassinations leaving only the worst candidates in both major parties. Who would care which one of these candidates wins in regard to the myth of 9/11? So how could any information about the government conspiracy theory cause a division before this coming election?

4.2.2. Fear that this information will divide the church between military and non military members:

4.2.2.1.I also know there are active and retired military men and women in our church who might find this information uncomfortable and disappointing but the function of our military is to defend our nation from real attacks and to force other nations who have harmed our nation to surrender. The use of a military is not to determine truth or facts concerning some event – this is the job of the citizen or patriot. And if the citizen patriot is not willing to risk his reputation, job, and life to find and propagate the truth upon which all the policies of his nation rest then he is really not a patriotic citizen but a mere careless foreign inhabitant. And if the citizen patriot does not do his job to determine truth the military will be used for the wrong purpose and may be used against the innocent and our own citizens as well.

4.2.2.2.Even though the function of the entire military is not to find truth but to defend and subdue enemy militaries each member of the military is bound by their oath to defend the Constitution:

"I,____________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to the regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God" [3]

4.2.2.3.However, the Military Code of Justice also requires the soldier to disobey all unlawful orders even from the President of the United States:

“The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) 809.ART.90 (20), makes it clear that military personnel need to obey the "lawful command of his superior officer," 891.ART.91 (2), the "lawful order of a warrant officer", 892.ART.92 (1) the "lawful general order", 892.ART.92 (2) "lawful order". In each case, military personnel have an obligation and a duty to only obey Lawful orders and indeed have an obligation to disobey Unlawful orders, including orders by the president that do not comply with the UCMJ. The moral and legal obligation is to the U.S. Constitution and not to those who would issue unlawful orders, especially if those orders are in direct violation of the Constitution and the UCMJ.”[4]

4.2.2.4.Where is the law for this found? It is given as an explanation of Article 92 and others in the UMCJ on a military information website. The UMCJ consistently inserts the word “lawful” in front of the word “order” to indicate that no one in the military is bound to follow “unlawful” orders but obligated to disobey unlawful orders:

“(c) A general order or regulation is lawful unless it is contrary to the Constitution, the laws of the United States, or lawful superior orders or for some other reason is beyond the authority of the official issuing it.”[5]

4.2.2.5.The Congress of the United States did not declare war on Afghanistan or Iraq. Congress is the only body or entity in the Constitution of the United States that can declare and authorize a war in or upon another nation. Therefore, the present long lasting wars in both these countries are unlawful and illegal and any and every soldier in the military has an obligation to disobey such unlawful orders.

4.2.2.6.Further, if a soldier learns of a proven conspiracy against the constitution of the United States he has taken an oath to defend it even if the conspiracy contains the President of the United States and other high ranking officials and officers. Such a soldier in the US Military is bound by his oath and required to defend the Constitution of the United States against those individuals and proven conspiracies as they would be considered “domestic enemies.”

4.2.2.7.Those in the proven conspiracy to conduct an illegal war on the false premise that “extremist radical Islamo-fascists terrorist” killed over 3000 people and totally destroyed the World Trade Center are busy trying to demonize those who are looking for the truth and trying to explain the facts found as the domestic enemies of the Constitution. But none of these people are conducting an illegal and unlawful war in two nations that have not been declared by congress in violation of the United States Constitution.

4.2.2.8.Further, without a declaration of war from both houses of Congress seated in joint session the President is not “Commander in Chief” but merely “chief executive office” of the United States of America, i.e., he cannot issue orders to the military and no soldier has a duty to follow them. There is no constitutional amendment permitting the President to be “commander in chief” at all times therefore the above is the constitutional law of the land.

4.2.3. One can only attempt to divide a Church that is united and conversely it is most difficult if not impossible to divide a Church that it truly united:

4.2.3.1.Can this fear of division over the truth of the events of 9/11/01 truly be a Christian scripturally based reason to censor me? Can it be said that good Christian church policy is to censor the truth out of the church to preserve the unity therein?

4.2.3.2.What was St. Paul referring to in this passage about divisions and speaking the same thing and being of the same mind?

“Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.”[6] (bolding added)

4.2.3.3.St. Paul is speaking of theology not the pursuit of the understanding of lawful government and the wicked plans of men in high places to wreck havoc in the Kingdom of God or Heaven on earth. In regard to theology I do not speak any different than what I should by the doctrine of the Presbyterian Church USA. I submit to the Session what I said upon entering this local Church, that, “I have discovered myself to be a Presbyterian.” I have been educated prior to my joining this Presbyterian church about the principles established by the main historical precepts of Presbyterianism, namely:

4.2.3.3.1. I am in agreement with the 33 chapters of the Westminster Confessions.[7]

4.2.3.3.2. I adhere to the theology of John Calvin or the reformed faith to the extent present in the Presbyterian Church USA as presented on their website:

“Some of the principles articulated by John Calvin remain at the core of Presbyterian beliefs. Among these are the sovereignty of God, the authority of the scripture, justification by grace through faith and the priesthood of all believers. What they mean is that God is the supreme authority throughout the universe. Our knowledge of God and God's purpose for humanity comes from the Bible, particularly what is revealed in the New Testament through the life of Jesus Christ. Our salvation (justification) through Jesus is God's generous gift to us and not the result of our own accomplishments. It is everyone's job - ministers and lay people alike - to share this Good News with the whole world. That is also why the Presbyterian church is governed at all levels by a combination of clergy and laity, men and women alike.”[8]

4.2.3.3.3. I adhere to and act according the principles of the Presbyterian Church USA on social issues posted on their website. I too speak on social and moral issues when the government or those in its seats of authority violate the law and deceive or cover up the truth to harm the innocent. These are social and moral issues of grave importance. I also adhere to the General Assembly affirmation that we corporately resist forces that tyrannize such as a government effort to cover up evidence of what really happened on 9/11/01 and demonize those that question the government myth that defies the mind and reason that fire could completely collapsed three skyscrapers unheard of before in history.

“The General Assembly: Affirms its conviction that neither the Church as the body of Christ, nor Christians as individuals, can be neutral or indifferent toward evil in the world; Affirms its responsibility to speak on social and moral issues for the encouragement and instruction of the Church and its members, seeking earnestly both to know the mind of Christ and to speak always in humility and love; Reminds the churches that their duty is not only to encourage and train their members in daily obedience to God's will, but corporately to reveal God's grace in places of suffering and need, to resist the forces that tyrannize, and to support the forces that restore the dignity of all men as the children of God, for only so is the gospel most fully proclaimed;”[9] (bolding added)

4.2.3.4.What is unity in the first place? Unity is where people are mutually joined and looking out for the interests of each other, protecting each other’s life, liberty and possessions. That too is the only basis for lawful government and it is the basis of all unity. Love too watches out for each other’s best interest which is the protection of life, liberty and possessions and in the church heart, soul, mind and strength.

4.2.3.5.Unity is where all the body parts function and all care for each other and to suffer with members that suffer and to rejoice with members that are honored – in short, care one for another. It is out of care for the church that one informs his other body part of danger:

“But now are they many members, yet but one body. And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary: And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness. For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked: That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.”[10] (bolding added)

4.2.3.6.A body such as described above is hard to divide but a body that is held together by force or censor is already divided. And I say that most churches in America are already divided as many are held together not by love for one another and mutual care for one another’s welfare but by the fear of government. Would I love any one at First Presbyterian Church if I let them walk under an unsafe bridge, or enter a burning building or keep a conspiracy against them and their property and nation and state a secret? Obviously, it is more pleasant to think of your enemies as far away in a foreign land with your army between them and you as opposed to your enemy operating under stealth and government protection in your own country. But if that be the truth it is carelessness, slothfulness, and cowardice to keep it a secret, especially in church.

4.3. The second reason to enforce censorship against me for exposing the falsehood of the government conspiracy theory would be fear of what the government might do:

4.3.1. What if the government finds out that someone in our congregation was using his First Amendment rights to talk about the evidence that was not explained by the government conspiracy theory that “radical extremist Islamo-fascist terrorists” crashed two hijacked 767s into two towers that started jet fuel office fires that brought down the entire World Trade Center killing more than 3000 people in less than two hours?

4.3.2. Many will answer that Romans 13 requires that Christians endure the yoke of tyranny because God wills this and ordained even corrupt governments to rule with the sword without resistance and that God ordains that Christians willingly bear the neck for the axe as a witness to our Christ likeness:

“Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing. Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour. Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.”[11]

4.3.3. To this answer many would give I assert the revelation of the eminent patriot, Algernon Sidney, the martyr of the great golden revolution in England and one of the two men that America owes its understanding of human liberty, according to Thomas Jefferson:

“The Apostle farther explaining himself, and shewing who may be accounted a magistrate, and what the duty of such a one is, informs us when we should fear, and on what account. Rulers, says he, are not a terror to good works, but to the evil: Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shah have praise of the same; for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doth evil.^[3] He therefore is only the minister of God, who is not a terror to good works, but to evil; who executes wrath upon those that do evil, and is a praise to those that do well. And he who doth well, ought not to be afraid of the power, for he shall receive praise. Now if our author were alive, tho he was a man of a hard forehead, I would ask him, whether in his conscience he believed, that Tiberius, Caligula, Claudius, Nero, and the rabble of succeeding monsters, were a praise to those who did well, and a terror to those who did ill; and not the contrary, a praise to the worst, and a terror to the best men of the world? or for what reason Tacitus could say, that virtue brought men who lived under them to certain destruction,^[4] and recite so many examples of the brave and good, who were murder'd by them for being so, unless they had endeavour'd to extinguish all that was good, and to tear up virtue by the roots?^[5] Why did he call Domitian an enemy to virtue,^[6] if he was a terror only to those that did evil? If the world has hitherto been misled in these things, and given the name of virtue to vice, and of vice to virtue, then Germanicus, Valerius Asiaticus, Corbulo, Helvidius Priscus, Thrasea, Soranus and others that resembled them, who fell under the rage of those beasts, nay Paul himself and his disciples were evil doers; and Macro, Narcissus, Pallas, Vinius, Laco and Tigellinus were virtuous and good men. If this be so, we are beholden to Filmer for admonishing mankind of the error in which they had so long continued. If not, those who persecuted and murder'd them for their virtues, were not a terror to such as did evil, and a praise to those who did well. The worst men had no need to fear them; but the best had, because they were the best. All princes therefore that have power are not to be esteemed equally the ministers of God. They that are so, must receive their dignity from a title that is not common to all, even from a just employment of their power to the encouragement of virtue, and to the discouragement of vice. He that pretends to the veneration and obedience due to the ministers of God, must by his actions manifest that he is so. And tho I am unwilling to advance a proposition that may sound harshly to tender ears, I am inclined to believe, that the same rule, which obliges us to yield obedience to the good magistrate who is the minister of God, and assures us that in obeying him we obey God, does equally oblige us not to obey those who make themselves the ministers of the Devil, lest in obeying them we obey the Devil, whose works they do.”[12]

4.3.4. Algernon Sidney was beheaded in 1683 by King Charles II for “placing sovereignty in the people rather than in the King” in his book Discourses Concerning Government. Hence, Sidney became a martyr for the English revolution and subsequent American Revolution. He knew that St. Paul spoke of God’s ordaining the power of all government as a tool to protect the life, liberty and possessions of every member of it. But when those in authority to protect begin to corrupt their purpose and harm the property of the people they lose the ordination of God and are once again like any other person who may be resisted for violating the Constitution of nations and the laws of God.

4.3.5. The true interpretation of Romans 13 is that Christians should obey those that are ordained of God by rewarding good men and punishing evil men and we are also obliged to resist and disobey those rulers who have lost their ordination of God by rewarding those who do evil and punishing those that do well.

4.3.6. Therefore, it follows that I and the whole corporate Presbyterian Church USA is obliged to disobey a tyrant and to resist a tyrant that covers up truth and creates false “conspiracy theories” and persecutes those that have proved them false to commence and maintain two or more unlawful wars on those innocent of the crime they are charged with. We are to likewise resist a tyrant who destroys our Bill of Rights under the pretense of making us safer from “terrorists.”

4.4. I now contend that the punishment of censorship of all information and evidence proving the government conspiracy theory to be false is against the Mighty Pulpit Advocacy of First Presbyterian Seguin:

4.4.1. I submit to the Session that the beloved Carl McCauley who has brought this censorship upon me and our own cherished retired Presbyterian pastor Bob Sebesta preach that I should ideally do what I have been doing. But when I practice that, I am censored. I submit that this kind of theological confusion between ideals and practice is not unique to our church or reserved only for the less intelligent or insensitive Christians. Peter and Paul had the same kind of confusion over ideals and practice as you will recall. Peter withdrew himself from Paul and his Gentile associates when with the Jews.[13] Paul reproached Peter and Peter agreed that he was not practicing what he was preaching. These two Apostles did not dislike one another and they reasoned together and Peter agreed with Paul and they united in mind and they worked together to establish the same churches in the Gentile congregations. So if these first Apostles can get confused so can a Pastor and a member in Seguin, Texas 2000 years later.

4.4.2. For evidence of this confusion between ideal Christian behavior and real practice I submit the following quotes from my letter recalling as best I could from Carl’s sermon celebrating the Fourth of July (Exhibit B-1):

“Your sermon’s opening remarks were greeted with grins and chuckles when you quoted some members as saying, “When will the Presbyterian church quit sticking its nose into the affairs of government?” Your answer was, “based upon its history, not in the near future.””

4.4.3. It is clear that Carl does not expect nor does he condemn the ideal of “sticking the nose of the Presbyterian church into the affairs of government.” I don’t think he meant that Christians are only permitted to do that if no other Christian in the same church objects (Exhibit B-1):

“You told us of the Presbyterian Church in North Carolina that in 1775 wrote that the people in America should be free and independent from England and used language and phrases that later appeared exactly as written in the Declaration of Independence on July 4^th, 1776.”

4.4.4. The above statement by Carl in the Pulpit implies that the Presbyterian Church has historically been involved in revolutionary activities which the government would destroy if permitted. Carl did not condemn this activity but praised it (Exhibit B-2):

“You said that the church was and is called to be the conscience of the government and nation just as the prophets were called to be the conscience of the wayward Kings to tell them “you are lost and your policies are messed up!””

4.4.5. The above statement by Carl from the Pulpit, was it not calling all members at First Presbyterian Church to be the conscience of the government to go to them and tell them that they are lost and their policies are messed up if there is evidence to support such warning? Does the information that I distributed not do that? Does it not find the truth? Does it not appeal to the government for another investigation and suggest another course of action because it is all messed up?

4.4.6. Then Carl ended his Mighty 4^th of July Sermon by saying that where we are not the perfect conscience of the nation the Holy Spirit will intercede with power to do great things. And that every member of this local church should mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred Honor. Obviously Carl was quoting the Declaration of Independence. But I don’t think he was really mocking it. I think he was serious. Well why would we have to pledge to each other our lives, fortunes and honor if we were not going to stand for something that put those things in jeopardy in the United States of America? What would we do to jeopardize our lives, liberties and fortunes with any other nation but our own? Joining the military to fight so-called “terrorists” would not harm our fortunes as those would still be protected by our own nation unless Iraq or Afghanistan were able to subdue the so-called “West” with all its high-tech weaponry. What’s the likelihood of these nations rising up from the ruble to which we have reduced them to overcome the “West?” (Exhibit B-2):

“Upon ending your courage stirring sermon you stated that the church was required and called to be perfect as Christ said in the Gospel Reading (Matthew 5:43-48) but that the church had a long way to go. Yet you then gave us hope in saying that the gap between where we are and where we should be in our perfection as the conscience of the nation is where we find the Holy Spirit and power to do great things” Then you said in this quest to be the perfect conscience of the nation let us “mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor. Amen””

4.4.7. Bob Sebesta preached the Sunday before the 4^th of July that we should make sure we are honest with ourselves and with foreigners. He also suggested that if we are focused on materialism, God can use others to bring us to repentance insinuating that the government myth of “radical Islamic extremists” destroying the World Trade Center was real but caused by our own sin of materialism. I agree with Bob that materialism has made our righteousness fade and caused us to become dishonest with ourselves and with foreigners even to the extent that our nation’s leaders were involved to some degree in the execution the events of 9/11/01 and the subsequent cover-up of the facts that overwhelming prove the same (Exhibit B-2):

“Now even the week before, while you were on vacation, Bob Sebesta, our own resident retired pastor, preached the notion that we as Christians should make sure that we are honest with ourselves and with foreigners. He raised the question of the potential of our fading righteousness as a point of contention with the so-called “radical Islamic extremists.” He said that our materialism could be a point where God is using others to bring us to repentance.”

4.4.8. Further, I also agree with Bob Sebesta that our whole nation of citizens and we as a church in fear of losing our comfortable jobs and incomes and respectability and standing in the community are afraid to even hear the truth of the events of 9/11/01 which would implicate government involvement and obligate us to resist those in government who are covering up evidence and blaming these events on others to attack them and destroy their lives, liberty and property. The moral consequences of ignoring that information out of fear of materialistic consequences wherein we become co-conspirators jointly guilty and liable for all the crimes committed and damage done in the furtherance of the design is that God may take away our materials.

4.4.9. I also wrote Carl an email Monday morning on August 18, 2008 right after another one of his mighty courage stirring sermons where he made us recite all together the following at the end of his sermon like a vow (Exhibit C):

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.”

4.4.10. Are we as a congregation and individual members just supposed to listen to this and do nothing when we come face to face with information that contradicts the government conspiracy theory? Should we just let our neighbors continue to be deceived by major media propaganda and leave our citizens and soldiers in unlawful and unconstitutional wars based upon lies? Is that behavior that delivers the captives, restores sight to the blind and sets at liberty those that are bruised or heals the broken hearted?

4.4.11. The scripture quoted above goes beyond the salvation of the Lord from sin. Our Christian forefathers resisted the Kings when they were wrong and we should resist our government when wrong just as they did and just as Carl says we should from the pulpit. It is only when you attempt to act upon this advice that one gets into trouble just as Jesus, the apostles and our Christian forefathers did.

4.4.12. Bob Sebesta preached that God could be testing us because we love material rather than mercy, judgment and justice. Is God now taking all our material away? Just look at the “financial meltdown!” as I am writing this defense – Wall Street is in deep trouble and so are we as a nation. The government bailouts of Fanny Mea, Freddy Mac, American International Group (AIG), failure of Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch, totaling more than $1.5 Trillion in new debt for the American citizens meaning the government will print that much more worthless paper currency which must devalue the currency in our pockets.

4.4.13. People in the stock market lost $800 billion of wealth never to return on “Black Monday, September 15, 2008 – analyst are calling it an “Economic 9/11” and a “depression” event. We will never be the same as a result of that event. Only time will tell what the real result of that will be on our nation and its people. Unless the sleeping Christian churches in the West wake up I predict that ultimately our whole nation will be bailed out by the Global Bankers in exchange for our unity with Mexico and Canada with a common currency. We can kiss our American heritage and what is left of our Constitution protecting our lives, liberties and possessions goodbye forever. It will be every man, individually and alone, against faceless unaccountable global government.

4.4.14. I wrote of the foregoing in my email to Carl before this financial melt down about the attack on our money system by Jewish bankers and their attack on our theology in our seminaries and schools. Martin Luther would not have permitted that, neither would the great pastors of early America. They would have stirred their congregations to resist these forces in the name of Christ Jesus the King of Kings and Lord of Lords:

“The Jews have successfully destroyed 2000 years of Christian progress and law culminating in the principles of property our nation was built upon with a series of attacks on our monetary system with the Federal Reserve banking cartel and other attacks on our constitutions resulting in a police state under “homeland security” run by a Jew with dual citizenship in Israel. Yet most Americans know very little about their own heritage, Christian or otherwise, under the Jewish controlled media and Hollywood entertainment cartels. Don’t forget that our universities and seminaries have been infiltrated by Jewish doctrines like dispensationism where there are two gospels, one for Jews and one for gentiles. This dual salvation plan elevates them beyond Christian criticism as they too will be saved later on. This doctrine was first created by the judaizing catholic priest (Jesuit) Emmanuil la Concha, working under the pseudonym "Rabbi Ben Esra."

“So the result is that most people really don’t know that the kingdom of heaven even exists on earth or that Christ and his saints had an impact on the laws of nations as a result of the works of Christ in his death, resurrection and ascension. Therefore, we really cannot talk about the forgiveness of sin and setting the captives free unless we talk about the impact of this same operation upon all lawful government and how this has been destroyed by Jews in our nation including the murder of over 3000 people in the World Trade Center in 2001 under the control of Larry Silverstein who knows exactly how all this was done as he had it all wired while the buildings were occupied.” (Exhibit C page 2)

4.4.15. Reverend Joseph Sewell, preached before the Governor and Council of Representatives in Massachusetts-Bay, New-England on December 3, 1740. He said there that the Jews or God’s people “by rejecting the offers of the gospel made to them by his apostles; the wrath of God came upon them to the uttermost by the Romans, and they are made an execration and a curse unto this day.”[14]

4.4.16. What has changed for the Jews since then? Nothing has changed for the Jew since early America but their unlawful conversion of Palestine to Israel which will never be made lawful or legal (Exhibit C page 2):

“The Jews which are indeed behind 911 and have benefited more than any other people from this event are also against Christianity and they have denied Christ as their savior and they are presently under the wrath of God as was preached by both St Peter and Paul and the forefathers of this nation in the beginning and nothing has changed for the Jews in 230 years except the Zionist plan to unlawfully convert Palestine to Israel with British, American and UN help under the Balfour declaration of 1917. But this is not lawful and it never will become lawful by force or any other means. All lawful government springs from the consent of those on the land.”

4.4.17. How do we correct such a situation? We repent as a congregation and a denomination and we seek and stand for the truth against all enemies of the constitution both foreign and domestic and in or out of the seats of authority in our nation. But we cannot know the truth or repent and do the right thing if this truth is censored out of the church.

4.4.18. It is clear that this argument about censoring or permitting the distribution and discussion of the facts surrounding what really happened on 9/11/01 is not about what is the correct model of Christian duty and obedience, as I am in agreement with the Presbyterian Church USA and the pulpit at First Presbyterian Church in Seguin, Texas, but about censoring that very model right out of existence when it is displayed in real practice.

4.4.19. Now I ask the Session the same thing I asked Carl in my email:

“Will God protect a church that chooses ignorance over knowledge? Can we really talk about salvation and forgiveness of sin and setting captives free if the church ignores those who are calling out to it to wake up and observe what is going on? I liken our nation presently to the one we fought to be independent. The British all cared for their troops in America and hoped for their safe return and that they would stop the rebellion. But the British troops and their families were ignorant and did not understand at all what was going on in America. They were ignorantly fighting against freedom and liberty. This is us today. The church in America actively supports the crushing of liberty and freedom around the world and at home under “Homeland Security.””

4.4.20. What do we call people that advocate an ideal model of a Christian that says “Christ died for us so let us die to make men free”[15] but then we not only don’t speak against tyranny and usurpation but we censor those that attempt to do so? Those outside the body of Christ might call this condition hypocrisy. But I think at present it is the lack of analysis. After Paul explained the problem Peter understood it and changed his behavior. It was just the lack of thought. I think the same thing in the situation before us.

4.4.21. It is clear however, if Peter would have not changed his actions he would have been guilty of hypocrisy and worse the nullifying of the death of Christ and he would have been judged by the law again finding him wanting.

5. My reluctance to challenge this censorship was set aside by the 9/21/08 Sunday Service:

5.1. Reluctance set aside by Spiritual Confirmation:

I was not yet finished with this paper by Sunday 9/21/08 and I thought it would be good to go to Sunday school and Church before completing and mailing this challenge to my censorship concerning 9/11 truth that would contradict the government conspiracy theory. I am very glad I did. I received peace and confirmation that this challenge was what I had to do regardless of how it would be received or ruled upon.

5.2. Reluctance based on my perceived weakness of classmates:

I went to Sunday school and we heard Carl present more of the book The Gospel According to Starbucks. Everyone was back having fun and being light hearted and joking around, including me. I had a good time. When it was over I got some coffee and went outside and sat on the bench to enjoy the beautiful morning. I thought it is obvious that my Sunday school class is weak and I can understand why they don’t want to have the truth in their church as it might draw reproach from the community or the government. I further thought that I did not want to bring any reproach upon this weak congregation by any actions I might take. I remembered that Christ was asked to leave town after permitting the demons to exit Legion and enter the swine causing them to run down a hill and perish in the water. With that thought in my mind I went to Sunday service.

5.3. World Peace Day:

It turned out to be World Peace Day:

“The International Day of Peace ("Peace Day") provides an opportunity for individuals, organizations and nations to create practical acts of peace on a shared date. It was established by a United Nations resolution in 1981 to coincide with the opening of the General Assembly. The first Peace Day was celebrated in September 1982. In 2002 the General Assembly officially declared September 21 as the permanent date for the International Day of Peace. By creating the International Day of Peace, the UN devoted itself to worldwide peace and encouraged all of mankind to work in cooperation for this goal. *** Since its inception, Peace Day has marked our personal and planetary progress toward peace.”[16]

5.4. We pray for Peace and suppress evidence of no cause for war?

Our own congregation was reminded of this World Peace Day in our Sunday Service. Both the “Prayer of Confession” and the “Prayers of the Gathered Community & Prayer for Peace for Our Planet.” Both prayers follow in order:

“Loving God, in our daily living we have ongoing experience of your faithfulness. As we ourselves enjoy the blessings of your love and mercy, we can learn to be a blessing to others. Forgive us for every hesitation or reluctance we have in declaring ourselves to be people of compassion and caring. Forgive us for every failure to speak and act on behalf of justice and peace. (bolding added)

Show us, God how we can fulfill our calling to share the love of Christ by what we say and do. Let our discipleship be a joy to us and a gift to the people around us and the world in which we live. We pray in the assurance of your abundant grace. Amen.”

“God, we humbly pray to choose peace within, so… that peace will come to our homes, schools, communities, cities, and to nations. And so we will raise hands only to greet each other. God and Creator, We have prayed this many times, But, our fear still holds us so tight, so closed -.

… Reach into us beyond all fear and open us to love ourselves and each other.

God of Enough. When we are afraid to lose what we have –

…Let us offer it up to the One who gave it freely, and share.

God of Peace, There are peaceful patterns and paths open to us –

…Let us use them to see that all are fed, housed and find wholesome work, education, and health care.

God of all, You love each one of us beyond our understanding. You know our stories –

…Give us courage to bring balance and rhythm to our lives and so bring peace to our planet home.

In the name of the God of Peace, may it be so! And let the People speak with one voice –

…Amen!”

5.5. “Take My Life” - I have to act regardless of what any other does:

Then we all sang “Take My Life.” This hymn sealed my confidence to proceed with completing and mailing this challenge to the censorship placed upon me concerning 9/11 truth which contradicts the government conspiracy theory blaming “radical extremist Islamo-fascist terrorist” for destroying the entire World Trade Center.

“Take my life and let it be Consecrated, Lord, to Thee; Take my hands and let them move At the impulse of Thy love. Take my feet and let them be Swift and beautiful for Thee; Take my voice and let me sing, Always, only for my King. Take my lips and let them be Filled with messages from Thee; Take my silver and my gold, Not a mite would I withhold. Take my moments and my days, Let them flow in endless praise; Take my intellect and use Every pow’r as Thou shalt choose. Take my will and make it Thine, It shall be no longer mine; Take my heart, it is Thine own, It shall be Thy royal throne. Take my love, my Lord, I pour At Thy feet its treasure store; Take myself and I will be Ever, only, all for Thee.” (bolding added)

5.6. It’s not up to me to decide:

I then knew that it was not up to me to choose whether to speak the truth or stand for justice based upon what the result would be to me or the congregation regardless of the preparedness of the church or my family. It is not up to me to bring hardship or ridicule or disrespect or reproach upon me or our church or any member of it as a result of the distribution of the information which has brought this censorship upon me. That is not for me to decide. All I now know is that the evidence I have shown is true and it means the government conspiracy theory is incorrect and that needs to be made known to the church and the citizens of the United States of America. Because the United States cannot continue an unlawful war in the Middle East based upon lies about “terrorists” that supposedly destroyed the World Trade Center. If this was known far and wide peace would come, because all know or should know that wars brought without cause or in fraud are unlawful and should be stopped completely at once.

5.7. Confidence confirmed by Carl’s Benediction:

My confidence to challenge this censorship of 9/11 evidence contrary to the government conspiracy theory was confirmed once again with the Benediction delivered by Carl in saying, “go forth and live and speak so that justice may come about in the world,” or words to that effect. Would not justice come if it were known to all in America that the World Trade Center was not destroyed by hijacked 767s? How can we have justice if we do not hear the truth? How can we hold our government in check and be the “conscience of our nation” if we censor truth and facts out of the church? How can we work so that justice and peace may come to the world when it is our own nation that is attacking other sovereign nations without cause and threatening other nations that merely want to protect their own life, liberty and possessions?

5.8. Repentance should begin at our local church:

It is time that we repent of these things our national leaders have gotten us into and it is time we pressure them to stop this fraud upon the world about “global terrorism.”

5.9. Attack upon Iran imminent:

I have also learned from Veterans for 9/11 Truth as I am writing this that:

“Congress notified of bunker buster sale to Israel 14 Sep 2008 The US Department of Defense has notified Congress of a potential sale to Israel of 1,000 smart bombs capable of penetrating underground bunkers, which would likely be used in the event of a military strike on Iran's nuclear facilities. The notification to Congress was made over the weekend by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, the branch of the Pentagon responsible for evaluating foreign military sales. The deal is valued at $77 million and the principal contractor would be Boeing Integrated Defense Systems.”[17]

5.10. Church should stop 9/11/01 as license for all these wars:

I also know that many in America are itching to get America into a war with Iran to blow up their Nuclear facilities and return them to their pre-industrial state as we did in Iraq and Afghanistan. This is not about peace – it is about war and it is based upon un-American, un-Christian pre-emptive strikes based upon license built upon a lie that “terrorists” destroyed the World Trade Center and killed 3,000 American citizens in the process. Nothing will stop this unless the church in the West wakes up and becomes powerful Christians that can criticize Israel both theologically and politically. Now it seems we can do neither.

5.11. Some Session members may not be pleased to read and see this:

I am also aware that our own Session member Class of 2010 is Lieutenant General Tome Walters[18] who retired from the Air Force in 2004 and was in charge of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency referred to above in the news release. Tome may not like reading this Prayer for Lifting Censorship nor may he enjoy watching the DVD that I am sending out with this Prayer to all the members of the Session. But again, I cannot do otherwise without being in violation of the ideal model of the Christian as described by the Presbyterian Church USA and the Pulpit of both pastors and prayed for by our congregation. But I also believe that Tome will respect the fact that I am an architect and know that the government conspiracy theory is incorrect in regard to the World Trade Center.

5.12. Session to determine if we support suppression or knowledge:

I have the evidence that shows that the government conspiracy theory that fire resulting from two hijacked 767s crashing into the twin towers causing its collapse is not correct. To the contrary, I have submitted good sound direct hard evidence that well placed explosive charges were responsible. I have acted in accord with the traditions and prescriptions of the Presbyterian Church USA, and the mighty pulpit advocacy of both Carl McCauley and Bob Sebesta in bringing it to your attention. It is now up to the Session of First Presbyterian Church, Seguin, Texas to determine what should be done with such information. The Session should determine if our church is going to become involved in the conspiracy by covering up facts and propagating the intended design to blame “radical extremist Islamo-fascist terrorist” for destroying the World Trade Center to attack nations in the Middle East and crack down on citizen liberties or will this church do as instructed by its pulpit to resist tyranny and lies in order to bring about peace and justice to our world and our nation?

5.13. I do not stand alone:

I want to remind Session members that I am not a lone voice but that 45 percent of citizens in America distrust the government conspiracy theory. As an architect I am one member of 540 Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and beside us stand 140 Senior Military, Intelligence Service, Law Enforcement and Government officials; 120 Pilots and Aviation Professionals; 300 Professors; 210 Survivors of 9/11 and Family Members; 170 Artists, Entertainers and Media Professionals. 6. Conclusion and Prayer for Lifting Censorship of 9/11/01 Evidence that Contradicts the Government Conspiracy Theory:

6.1. I believe that I have shown convincingly that neither I, nor my actions are against the theology or standards of practice embraced by the Presbyterian Church USA and the Mighty Pulpit Advocacy of the First Presbyterian Church, Seguin, Texas.

6.2. I believe it should be clear to all that I do not dwell on the 9/11 evidence at church neither do I try to give out information at every lull in the conversation. It should be clear that I did this one time because it was the Sunday right after 9/11/08 and I had just received the subject video from Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth.

6.3. I admit I do grow weary from the government 9/11 conspiracy theory being pounded down my throat continually by the media and it is more burdensome when it comes from the church, especially when I know it is false.

6.4. It is clear that the only real sustainable claim against me is that I have been tardy to Sunday school and disruptive in some degree in the manner in which information was delivered for which I am still asking for forgiveness. Therefore I submit that in the future I will:

6.4.1. Be on time in Sunday school.

6.4.2. Hand out material only right before Sunday school begins when all are seated or after Sunday school is over before all leave.

6.5. I pray that the Session of First Presbyterian Church, Seguin, Texas lift the censorship of 9/11 evidence contrary to the Government conspiracy theory against me under the following provisions:

6.5.1. I will not dominate the Sunday school time with such information.

6.5.2. I am permitted to distribute information in the form of DVDs and papers or books.

6.5.3. I am given equal opportunity to present evidence contrary to the government conspiracy theory when others speak out and bring up or repeat the government conspiracy theory.

6.5.4. I am given opportunity to object to material written in our Sunday school literature that presumes the government conspiracy theory is correct and I am allowed to submit evidence to the contrary.

6.6. I pray that every Session member watch the 9/11 Blueprint for Truth DVD by Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth of which I continue to be a proud member and read this entire defense and Prayer for Lifting Censorship.

6.7. I pray that the Session of First Presbyterian Church, Seguin Texas vote to allow me some evening within one year of this date to present the 9/11 Blueprint DVD to our whole local church in Karrick Hall at my expense and that I be permitted to bring and set up my large scale model of the World Trade Center which I showed at the University of Texas with the Richard Gage presentation.

6.8. I pray that the Session consider heavily, consult your conscience, and pray after viewing the 9/11 Blueprint DVD and realize that it is now up to each one of you to decide if our church is going to correct itself in regards to sound theology and its ideal and the practice of it as did Peter and Paul to avoid being called hypocrites.

6.9. I pray that God blesses this church and each member as a result of this exercise in communal Christian life in the love and name of Christ Jesus. Amen.
