Dear Vic,

 

            Regarding the papers you left with me today, I will plan to meet with you on July 22, 2005 at 9:00 AM to inquire into the nature of your request.  It appears that you included a second request to meet on July 25th.  I have a conflict with that date, so I request that you consolidate the two meetings into one meeting on July 22nd.  We should be able to cover all my and your concerns in a reasonable amount of time on that day.

 

            So that I may have a record to jog my memory, I will attend the meeting on July 22 with a witness or two, a tape recorder and/or a court reporter.  If you have any objection to this plan, please advise me in writing within 10 days of the receipt of this letter together with the citation of legal authority for your objection.
